Round table organized by UNDP in Mojkovac on March 10th, 2009 gathered together the representatives of the Agency for Public Works, Municipality of Mojkovac, Vodni Zdrovje, UNDP and citizens.
Putting the Wastewater treatment plant in Mojkovac into operation represents the completion of the first phase of works on the project titled "Remediation and Recultivation of the Mojkovac lead and zinc TMI". Construction of this modern facility was in part financed by the Government of Netherlands. The Waste water treatment plant in Mojkovac is a processing facility with most advanced processing technologies in Montenegro and with capacity satisfying the needs of municipality for the next 15 years.

The representatives of the Government of Montenegro, the Royal Netherlands Embassy, the Municipality of Mojkovac, the Public Works Agency and the UNDP Montenegro visited the tailing mine impound, where the Project of remediation and recultivation is under the process.The high officials and the representatives of the Municipality of Mojkovac expressed their satisfaction with the work carried out so far.
U Podgorici je 19.09.2008 godine potpisan ugovor o radovima na drugoj fazi sanacije
U Podgorici je 19.09.2008 godine potpisan je ugovor vrijedan 3,9 miliona Eura koji se odnosi na drugu fazu radova na sanaciji Jalovišta rudnika olova i cinka Brskovo u Mojkovcu između predstavnika Direkcije javnih radova Crne Gore, kompanije Vodni Zdrovje i UNDP. Uz prisustvo predstavnika Ministarstva turizma i zaštite životne sredine ugovor je potpisao direktor Direkcije javnih radova Crne Goregospodin Žarko Živković, gospodin Aleksandar Avanesov, stalni koordinator Sistema UN i stalni predstavnik UNDP u Crnoj Gori i gospodin Tomáš Hájek direktor kompanije Vodni Zdrovje koja će biti izvođač radova. Planirano je da se ugovoreni radovi obave u periodu od narednih 13 mjeseci, dok bi kompletni radovi na sanaciji i rekultivaciji Jalovišta trebali biti završeni do kraja 2010 godine.
